traveler's check in Hawaii question

My family is planning a trip to hawaii in dec. What i want to know does hawaii except traverlers checks and if so where can i get them cashed? I was told that the hotels would cash them for you.is that true?

Most everyone in Hawaii accepts traveler's checks. Most hotels will cash them for you. A credit or debit card would also work well, as we have standard atms everywhere.
