Hawaii has plants, birds, bugs, and animals that are found nowhere else. We also have an absence of plants and animals that other places do have. For example, there are no snakes in Hawaii. There are also no lightening bugs.

Some of our fascinating animals are the whales that migrate here every year during the winter, our big sea turtles, and our dolphins.
