  Vacation Outlet seems to favor hotel and airfare packages with a fourth or fifth night free. If you do the math the money spent per day comes out similar to most other places but somehow vacation outlet usually offers stuff like free breakfast or dining credits or coupon booklets. Definitely worth a click.

  Honeymoon and romance or vow renewal packages on all the islands.
• Hawaii Xpert packages
  Travel agent site with some priced packages and some custom packages needing a quote.
• Pleasant Holidays Hawaii Packages
  Several types - check prices on air only, selected nights room only, room and meals ...
• Tripadvisor
  This looks like every vacation package that exists on earth (go to the bottom and click on the page numbers for more options). Mostly centered around hotel stays.
• Hawaii Aloha Packages
  Room, air, and car packages, rooms available at area rentals, inter-island airfare also.
• Island Splendor Hawaii Vacation Specials
  Rooms and cruises.
• Tournet Hawaii Hotel and Rental Car Deals
  Hotels and condos available.
• Sunfinder Honolulu Packages
  Mostly room deals, like 4th night free, but can include airfare with quote.
