I can't seem to find time zone on any site including this one. plenty of weather info - no time info

Hawaii is in the Hawaiian Standard time zone, which is GMT - 10h during Standard Time. We don't participate in daylight savings, so right now (May) we are three hours behind California time. After the clocks fall back an hour, we will be two hours behind California.
